Health Information Specialist II

Datavant is a leading health data platform company seeking a Health Information Specialist II to process medical record requests, ensure privacy and security, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves managing patient records, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and supporting other team members. This is a full-time, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm position in Carrollton, TX.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and clerical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment
• Medical office experience required
• Willingness to learn and grow
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to commute between locations as needed
