Attorney - Securities

Our client, a well-known regional law firm, is seeking a mid-level securities and capital markets attorney with four to eight years of experience for their Rochester office. The successful candidate will have experience representing issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings of securities, and advising publicly traded companies on compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, exchange listing standards and corporate governance.
