Requirements

• Provide fast, friendly service to Guests
• Be attentive to Guests' needs
• Maintain a clean and fun environment
• Operate credit card machines correctly
• Follow all bar recipes to deliver a consistent product
• Accurately take Guests' food and drink orders
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items
• Participate in all incentives and contests, driving sales and promoting the brand
• Assist other Team members as needed or as business dictates
• Listen to Guests' orders and needs, and then communicate with Guests verbally and with other Team members verbally via Micros system
