Requirements

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, flatware, utensils, and kitchenware
• Operate all equipment safely and correctly
• Sort and store dishware and flatware properly
• Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
• Assist other kitchen staff members with pressure point relief and line maintenance
