Front Desk Staff

Front Desk Staff at Dave & Buster's will deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks, and games. The role requires strong communication skills and a positive attitude to greet Guests and coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones.

Requirements

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience
• Acts as ambassador to the building
• Guide Guests through retail, game rental, and dining experiences
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members
• Drives table turn timing
• Rotates seating appropriately
• Manages flow from the front doors
• Makes timely and accurate calculations of bill transactions
• Completes "To Go" order transactions for Guests
• Sells merchandise from the Front Desk
• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently
• Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English
• Must be able to articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to Guests
• Must be skilled at calmly responding to dis‐satisfied Guests and calling issues to Manager's attention
