Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Restaurant and Operations Manager to provide overall leadership and supervision of strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
- Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
- The ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
- Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
