Server Assistant

As a Server Assistant at Dave & Buster's, you will help with refills, pre-bussing tables, and ensuring the dining areas are spotlessly clean. You will also assist with aspects of service like greeting Guests and running food and drink orders.

Requirements

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience
• Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
• Creates a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members
• Follows all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure food is delivered timely and correctly
• Ensures ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food and responding to Guest needs in a timely manner
• Must be skilled in effectively communicating with Guests in order to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
