Job Description
David Energy is seeking an experienced Retail Energy Ops Lead to orchestrate electricity back-office operations across national retail energy markets, including NYISO, NE-ISO, PJM, and ERCOT. This role is mission-critical, focusing on improving customer onboarding, billing, and market interactions through automation and data analysis. The successful candidate will also lead and mentor a team, improving processes and expanding into new territories.
Requirements
- Own the day-to-day execution of enrollment and billing processes.
- Oversee accuracy and timeliness of enrollment workflows.
- Monitor and resolve operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering.
- Manage regulatory and compliance.
- Develop scalable process documentation.
