• 1+ years of experience in creative strategy or a high-intensity environment
• Deeply plugged into the social and UGC landscape
• Able to translate performance data into brand-aligned creative that drives results and strengthens brand perception
• Organized and process-minded
• Strong communication skills
• Humility, curiosity, and a desire to build an early-stage CPG company
