Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Catering Director who will be an integral leader at the newly renovated Royal Palm South Beach Miami. This position will play a major role in shaping how meetings, celebrations, weddings, and social experiences are sold, curated, and delivered within a new benchmark of premium lifestyle hospitality, cultural immersion, and social connectivity — in the heart of Miami Beach’s most iconic destination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Experience in catering or event management, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort environment
- Strong leadership presence with team development experience
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic mindset with strong business and financial acumen
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
