Job Description
Davies is seeking Risk Control Consultants to work independently, focusing on risk mitigation and reducing exposure during property and casualty insurance inspections. This is a consultative role, prioritizing understanding client risk and reducing potential claims. Davies is experiencing rapid growth and offers diverse opportunities within the insurance and risk management sectors.
Requirements
- Progressive career advancement and technical skills through continuing education
- Viable candidates should have a strong working knowledge of HPR/large property, Business Interruption, Construction operations, Commercial Fleet Operations, General Liability, Products Liability, Life Safety, and Hazard Analysis.
- Ability to travel British Columbia (potentially).
- Certified instructor/trainer and presentation skills desirable
- Insurance institute courses required
- Computer skills including use of office software packages
- Ability to operate a vehicle and visit client's policyholders on site.
- Some overnight travel is expected.
