Job Description
The Manager, HR Digital Technology is a HR technology leader responsible for advancing the digital transformation of the HR function. This role partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), business unit HR leaders, external vendors, and IT to ensure that our HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, effectively support people strategies, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Leads the governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with enterprise tech strategy and HR operational goals.
- Partners with HR stakeholders to evaluate and implement HR technology solutions that address key workforce challenges.
- Manages end-to-end HR system and project initiatives, including new module rollouts, process enhancements, and integrations.
- Monitors system health and effectiveness, including KPIs, data integrity, user adoption, and system utilization.
- Provides hands-on support to HR Process Owners, assisting with documentation, training, and issue resolution.
- Ensures compliance with Data Privacy and Information Security policies, fostering trust and protection in handling employee data.
