Operations Engineer

As the Operations Engineer, you will execute a range of engineering duties such as designing process layouts, creating and updating procedures, implementing safety enhancements and continuous improvement projects, and applying principles of design for manufacturing. This role will report to our office in Middletown, IA.

Requirements

• Prepare and update operator procedures for shop floor.
• Address daily production related issues on shop floor.
• Research and design systems related to continuous improvement.
• Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
• Coordinate with external customers on shop floor related issues.
• Develop and maintain process layouts for existing or new processes and equipment.
