Chief Medical Officer, US-based, fractional

Daye is seeking an exceptional US Chief Medical Officer to shape its long-term clinical and medical strategy, guide US market entry and scale, and ensure scientific excellence translates into real-world clinical adoption.

Requirements

• MD, DO, or equivalent terminal medical degree.
• Active clinician or academically affiliated preferred.
• Background in diagnostics, at-home testing, molecular diagnostics, or women's health strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience translating scientific innovation into commercial clinical adoption.
• Strategic company-level experience (e.g., prior CMO, SVP Medical Affairs, or equivalent leadership role).
• Deep networks across OB/GYN, infectious disease, cancer screening, microbiology, or women's health.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare systems, regulatory pathways, reimbursement, and market access.
• Comfortable operating across science, product, regulatory, and commercial.
