US Lead, Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

Daye is a pioneering women's health, virtual-first clinic seeking a US Lead, Strategic Partnerships & Business Development to drive expansion across retail, clinics, and insurance, leveraging a validated product portfolio. This is a senior, high-impact role for a partnerships leader who knows how to build relationships, structure complex deals, and translate partnerships into commercial outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise partnerships.
• Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong network and credibility in fertility, telehealth, and/or health systems.
• High EQ, excellent communication skills, and strong commercial judgment.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or regulated health environments.
