Job Description
The Advocacy and Resource Center is looking for compassionate, energetic, and motivated Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. As a DSP, you'll build real connections, memorable experiences, and have a lasting impact on the people you support.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid New York State driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
