Job Description
Deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll services to Dayforce’s customers, ensuring all aspects of the payroll cycle — including tax, benefits, and garnishments — are processed, reconciled, audited, and transmitted with precision and timeliness.
Requirements
- 3 years of U.S. payroll experience
- Experience processing payroll for 2,000+ employees across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong understanding of quality control and audit standards in payroll operations
- Working knowledge of Dayforce HCM or similar cloud payroll systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC literacy
- Multinational payroll experience (U.S. and Canada) is an asset
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Flexibility to support clients across time zones
- PCP certification (or willingness to obtain within 18 months)
