Services Consultant Associate

Dayforce is a global human capital management company seeking a Services Consultant Associate to provide guidance on the implementation of Dayforce WFM module for new or existing customers. The role requires a night shift in Mauritius and involves providing customer support, testing and implementing solutions, and maintaining accurate project tracking and customer billing system.

Requirements

• Document and validate customer's business requirements
• Conduct consulting sessions with the customer and document with meeting minutes
• Provide guidance and best practices to the customer on Dayforce core modules (WFM, Payroll and/or Benefits)
• Test and implement solutions for customers
• Attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
• Maintain accurate and timely updates within the project tracking, time tracking and customer billing system
• Be a 'go-to' resource for specific Dayforce core modules' areas for internal and external users
• Complete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release
