Job Description
The Service Consultant is responsible for managing projects that introduce new clients to Dayforce's system or upgrade existing clients to a new processing product. They work in a project team to provide clients with effective solutions and promote teamwork among internal resources, customers, and peers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Exposure to basic project management principles
- Minimum 4 years in customer service/consultancy, payroll processing or project management coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment; experience with HRIS preferred
- Basic understanding of relational databases, SQL, and XML required
- Experience with any of the following applications is an asset: SalesForce.com, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, PeopleSoft
