Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years working in the integration field
- Excellent English, written and spoken
- Analytical thinking
- Experience in human capital management application consulting
- Experience working with API's/Web Services
- Technical skills requirements such as SQL
- Ability to analyze and determine root cause analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Customer relationship acumen
- Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities
- Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
