Services Technical Consultant

Dayforce is a global human capital management (HCM) company that offers a unified solution database and continuous calculation engine. The Technical Services Team guides clients through the lifecycle of delivering third party flat file integrations as part of an overall Dayforce HCM implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in human capital management consulting
• Client relationship acumen
• Ability to engage with multiple projects & clients concurrently and manage priorities
• Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and consulting skills
• Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops and sessions
• Ability to relay technical concepts to clients in clear and concise business language
• Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices
