Principal Software Engineer - Data and Performance

Dayshape is seeking a Principal Software Engineer - Data and Performance to help drive product development and innovation in resource management. The ideal candidate will have experience with.NET, Azure SQL Server, and Azure platform, as well as strong back-end development skills and ability to work with a wide range of technologies.

Requirements

• Support product and engineering managers in prioritization, scoping, and leading delivery of product features
• Work as part of the engineering team to enhance quality, scalability, performance, maintainability, configurability, and usability
• Support, mentor, and coach other team members
• Participate in the entire life cycle of features, including idea creation, deployment, and longer-term updates and enhancements

Benefits

• Starting salary between £65,000 and £80,000, depending on experience
• Earning potential in the Principal Engineer salary band up to £85,000
