Job Description
Customer Service Representatives assist Dayton Freight customers with inquiries related to freight pickup, rate quotes, shipments, and appointments. Responsibilities include providing assistance to drivers, preparing bills, and maintaining excellent communication with both internal and external parties. Requirements
- Assist the Service Center Manager
- Take and deliver messages for the Service Center Manager and Account Managers
- Prepare bills of lading and delivery receipts
- Maintain excellent communication with external and internal customers
- Assist with Payroll
- Assist with Data entry
- Assist with Freight reports
- Assist with Billing and filling
- Excellent keyboarding skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls
