Job Description
This part-time Customer Service Representative position at Dayton Freight is focused on assisting customers with freight inquiries, such as pickup requests, rate quotes, or shipment tracking. Responsibilities include preparing bills of lading, maintaining communication, and assisting with billing and data entry.
Requirements
- Assist the Service Center Manager
- Take and deliver messages for the Service Center Manager and Account Managers
- Provide assistance to Drivers
- Prepare bills of lading and delivery receipts
- Maintain excellent communication with customers
- Assist with payroll, data entry, billing and filling
- Excellent keyboarding skills
