Job Description

The Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing freight movement, supervising personnel, ensuring customer relations, and maintaining a safe and clean service center environment. The role involves participating in Continuous Improvement processes and will work closely with various service center departments.
Requirements
- Manage Drivers and Dockworkers
- Knowledge of the LTL/Transportation Industry
- Knowledge of the surrounding geographical area to the Service Center
- Experience managing drivers and dockworkers
- Knowledge of DOT, EPA, ICC, and OSHA rules and regulations
