Job Description
This role involves planning, scheduling, and implementing efficient freight routing within a growing, stable organization. The Operations Supervisor will manage personnel, ensure accuracy in records and performance, and assist with safety procedures. They will also be responsible for communication and training of Service Center staff.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the LTL/ Transportation Industry
- Management of Drivers and Dockworkers
- Knowledge of the surrounding geographical area
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fluent in English
- Active driver's license
