Job Description
Service Center Managers are responsible for the organization, staffing, enforcement, and accomplishment of Service Center activities in an efficient and economical manner. They will be responsible for performance monitoring, customer communication, revenue analysis, recruiting, and ensuring safety compliance.

- Inspects and measures Service Center performance
- Maintains excellent communication with customers
- Analyzes revenue statistics
- Identifies sales opportunities and develops customer solutions
- Recruits, qualifies, interviews, hires, trains and develops Service Center personnel
- Evaluates freight claims
- Ensures service center premises are protected
