We're looking for a Client Services Director to support in the development of key client relationships, oversee project delivery, and drive operational excellence across the studio.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in operations, production operations, business management, or agency resourcing—ideally in creative, media, or culture-focused industries.
- Strong business and project risk intuition—knowing instinctually when to redirect team members on live projects or signal for support to senior management
- Demonstrated experience managing operational systems, vendor processes, and internal business logistics.
- Strong project management and cross-team coordination skills, with a proactive and pragmatic mindset.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, process optimization, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—capable of working cross-functionally with creative, production, and executive stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing business-critical documentation such as insurance, contracts, invoices, and trackers.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, Asana, Monday.com, and Slack.
- Deep interest in media, fashion, culture, and Dazed Media’s values and mission.
