Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a creative agency or equivalent with proven expertise in copy-led creative or art direction.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, multi-channel execution, an editorial perspective and cultural fluency.
- Experience mentoring junior creatives.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; comfortable client-facing.
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with detail-oriented execution.
- Deep passion for fashion, music, art, and youth culture, with a sharp instinct for what’s next.
