Job Description
The ARRT-technologist is responsible for providing high-quality radiological services, managing a patient's imaging journey from initial consultation to post-procedure care. The role involves utilizing pediatric and geriatric patient needs, utilizing a safe radiological environment, and upholding safety standards. Good communication, patient satisfaction, and adherence to policies are key. This position offers a sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Knowledge of diagnostic radiology, fluoroscopy, trauma radiology, portable radiology and surgery.
- I Care principles, patient identification, correct exam, and communication.
- Adherence to all safety standards.
- Utilization of the I Care principles
- Proficiency in radiology equipment.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and physics.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
- Valid JRCERT registration in radiography.
- Current ARRT registration.
- Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
