Job Description
Dialysis is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care to patients with impaired kidney function undergoing dialysis. This role involves managing dialysis treatments, maintaining equipment, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring patient safety and well-being. The unit operates on a 6:30-1900 schedule, with weekend and after-hours availability.
Requirements
- Current Alabama RN licensure
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider training
- 2 years of RN experience with at least one (1) year experience in dialysis
- Professional Nursing Certification preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Adequate clinical experience
- Flexible work schedule with potential for weekend/after-hours shifts
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
