What you do at DCON...
- Participate in the project success of our customers and actively shape the training portfolio of DCON
- Conduct training from our internal training portfolio as remote training or at our DCON locations (Kaiserslautern, Stuttgart & Bremen)
- Conduct the training execution for our standard software Servity for our customers, partners and colleagues
- Take care of the development of our internal and external training portfolios
- Support colleagues, customers and partners in configuring Servity
- Analyze complex organizational or technical processes and connections and convey the gained knowledge to colleagues, customers and partners
What you bring...
- Successfully completed studies in the field of (technical) business administration, (business) informatics, (business) pedagogy, etc.
- Professional experience in the ITSM environment and technical affinity
- Ability to speak confidently and competently to people
- Ability to inspire people
- Team spirit
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills
