Mechatronics Engineer

Mechatronics Engineer responsible for supporting the development of deployable solar arrays, with a focus on electrical and mechanical design, prototyping, testing and documentation. Design custom solutions that meet customers' unique mission needs and requirements, follow them from initial design to hardware production and delivery, and support satellite integration until launch.

Requirements

• Experience in electronics, mechatronic and mechanical design (using ECAD, CAD, FEM tools) and familiarity with (new) space environment preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical design and system integration, preferably in aerospace
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with space standard and documentation practices (ECSS, MIL-STD, etc.)
• Strong problems solving skills and ability to work in a striving team environment
