Food & Beverage Supervisor

De L'Europe Amsterdam is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for the Lounge. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Food & Beverage experience, preferably within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment. The role involves ensuring exceptional service and smooth daily operations in the Lounge, supervising and coordinating the service during busy moments, and creating a relaxed and refined guest experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Food & Beverage experience, preferably within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment
• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior service role (e.g. Chef de Rang or Supervisor)
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
• Highly organized, calm under pressure and energized by a fast-moving environment
• Proactive, solution-oriented and attentive to detail
• A positive team player who inspires others with clarity, kindness and professionalism
