Job Description
Brasserie Marie, a culinary haven in Amsterdam, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support kitchen leadership and lead a team of chefs. The ideal candidate is a motivated and ambitious chef with experience as a Senior Chef de Partie and a passion for cooking and leadership.
Requirements
- Support the kitchen leadership team in daily operations
- Actively participate in preparing and plating high-quality dishes
- Supervise and motivate the kitchen team during service
- Help maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety
- Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements
- Share knowledge and skills with colleagues
- Assist in training and coaching junior team members
- Work closely with Head Chef Jop Schippers and the Sous Chef
