De Palm Island is looking for a Lifeguard to ensure the safety of visitors and enhance their experience. The role involves providing snorkeling lessons, explaining safety rules, and enforcing policies while creating a fun atmosphere.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Minimum M.A.V.O. or equivalent education
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong swimming skills
• Team player with an outgoing and friendly personality
• Good physical condition is essential
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience in the Tourism and Hospitality sector is a plus
• First Aid certifications are a plus
• Public speaking skills are a plus
