Job Description
Dealmed is seeking a highly responsible and tech-savvy Director of Warehouse Operations to lead daily warehouse operations and prepare to scale into a multi-site operational leadership role.
Requirements
- 7+ years in warehouse or distribution operations
- Demonstrated leadership and management over warehouse managers and warehouse teams
- Strong software technical abilities and ability to work with software developers
- Deep understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle counts
- Proven success by reducing overtime and optimizing staffing and employee management
- High attention to detail, strong ownership mentality, and commitment to cleanliness
