Job Description
PLT is seeking a CRM Executive to lead key campaigns across the UK and US markets. This role focuses on email, push notifications, and SMS communications to drive channel optimisation, collaboration with creative and strategy teams, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have data-driven insights and a passion for online marketing.
Requirements
- 1.5+ years in a similar CRM role
- Excellent commercial understanding
- Experience with Bloomreach or similar CRM systems
- Experience with retail brands (fashion sector preferred)
- Up to date knowledge of CRM techniques
- Interest in retail / online marketing
- Detail-oriented and customer-centric
