This role focuses on managing the Group’s tax affairs across multiple jurisdictions, including UK corporate tax compliance, overseas compliance, and supporting strategic initiatives. Requirements
- Manage UK Corporate Tax compliance
- Liaise with overseas tax advisors
- Lead tax reporting
- Monitor changes in tax legislation
- Maintain and update transfer pricing policies
- Identify and implement process improvements using data and technology
- Provide tax support on M&A activity
