Product Designer - Mid

Deblock is seeking a passionate Product Designer to contribute to a fast-paced team building a FinTech app. The role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and a dynamic, collaborative environment. The designer will own the entire design process, from wireframes to final UI, and work closely with Product Owners and Engineers.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience with FIGMA as a Product Designer
• Portfolio (uni, personal projects, or freelance work)
• Solid UX thinking and an eye for human behavior
• Ability to take ownership and not just wait for instructions
• Experience with Atomic Design methodology (preferred)
• Strong accountability and drive
• Curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to grow fast
