Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Significant focus on technical leadership or senior technical hiring
- Proven success building and scaling leadership teams in competitive, high-growth environments
- Strong judgment and credibility when partnering with founders, executives, and senior engineering leaders
- Effective communication and building trust quickly with both candidates and stakeholders
- Experience owning OKRs and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment with high expectations
