Job Description
Decagon is scaling fast and building the finance function to match. As the Strategic Finance Manager, you'll own planning, stress-testing bets, and partnering directly with co-founders and leadership to allocate capital against biggest opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or a closely related role at a high-growth technology company
- 1–2 years of investment banking at a top-tier firm
- Expert financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical instincts and the ability to distill complexity into structured frameworks and actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to leadership
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority
- High ownership mentality
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel; experience with SQL or BI tools a strong plus
