Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operations Officer

Decentralized Masters is a rapidly growing company in DeFi education, seeking a Chief Financial Officer (COO) and Chief Operations Officer to drive financial strategy and operational excellence. The role requires a dynamic leader balancing financial stewardship with day-to-day execution in a remote-first environment. They are focused on scaling globally and aiming for a $50 million revenue in the coming year.

Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years in senior financial and/or operational management roles
• Proven track record as a CFO, COO, or hybrid role within high-growth startups or scale-ups
• Demonstrated success with fundraising, private equity, and international expansion
• Experience in education, SaaS, fintech, or Web3 industries is highly advantageous
• Strong expertise in financial forecasting, treasury, and risk management
• Knowledge of international corporate structures, compliance, and tax practices
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong operational acumen with proven process-building experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first, global organization
