Job Description
Decentralized Masters is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to bridge strategy and execution. This role will focus on managing marketing infrastructure, optimizing processes, and driving high-impact campaigns, particularly within a decentralized/blockchain environment. The ideal candidate will be cross-functional, analytical, and adaptable to a remote, distributed setting.
Requirements
- Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing tools and platforms.
- Define, document, and refine marketing processes.
- Assist the marketing team in executing full-funnel campaigns.
- Lead campaign post-mortems, deriving actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Engineering, Community, and Finance teams.
