Construction Manager (Civil, Structure, Architecture) - (On-site) Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Decima International is a professional services company providing project management and controls services. We are looking for a driven and capable Construction Manager to support the development of multiple data center projects.

Requirements

• 12+ years of construction project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, civil engineering, structural engineering, architectural engineering, project management, or a related technical field
• Strong understanding of construction and CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) disciplines
• Prior hyperscale data center development and construction experience
• Solid working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, and building systems/components
• Experience developing a wide range of reports for different audiences
• Experience in client-facing roles
• Demonstrated ability to understand technical and complex construction programs and communicate progress clearly to both technical and executive audiences
