Decima International is a professional services company seeking a driven and capable Construction Manager (Civil, Structural, Architectural) to support the development of multiple data center projects for a top technology client. The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a solid foundation in project management fundamentals.

Requirements

• 12+ years of construction project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction, civil engineering, structural engineering, architectural engineering, project management, or a related technical field
• Prior hyperscale data center development and construction experience
• Strong understanding of construction and CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) disciplines
• Experience developing a wide range of reports for different audiences
• Experience in client-facing roles
• Demonstrated ability to understand technical and complex construction programs and communicate progress clearly to both technical and executive audiences
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and accurately to any audience
