The role requires strong project management fundamentals, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Requirements

• 15+ years of construction and project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, project management, or related technical field
• Excellent understanding of construction and building systems, specifically mechanical systems
• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components, and technology
