Quality Construction Manager (On-site) - Portland, Oregon

Decima International is a professional services company that provides project management and controls services. We are seeking a driven and capable Quality Construction Manager (QCM) to support the construction and commissioning of multiple hyperscale data center projects. The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a strong background in data center development, design, engineering, controls, operations, and commissioning requirements.

Requirements

• Execute procurement strategy and solicit, review, and level proposals for third-party personnel
• Work with a third-party commissioning agent to develop, review, and implement project-specific commissioning plans
• Lead and manage MEP coordination efforts for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across hyperscale data center projects
• Collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful implementation of MEP systems
• Oversee quality and commissioning processes for MEP systems and conduct regular quality audits and inspections
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external team members
