The Director of Market Access Pricing & Analytics is a key leader responsible for delivering insights that drive pricing, contracting, and reimbursement strategies. The Director will identify opportunities, assess risks, build stakeholder alignment, and translate data into actionable strategies that advance market access objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS, or PhD) preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in market access, pricing, analytics, finance, or related pharmaceutical/biotech roles.
- Strong expertise in pricing, contracting, reimbursement, and Gross-to-Net modeling.
- Advanced analytical, modeling, and forecasting capabilities.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience managing projects, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives.
