DecisionPoint seeks a Chief Architect Lead to oversee the technical design, integration, and sustainment of a Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise modernization initiative supporting Casualty and Mortuary Affairs (CMA) operations across all military Services.
Requirements
- Lead the design, documentation, and maintenance of the enterprise architecture baseline
- Translate functional and operational requirements into logical and physical architecture designs
- Oversee technical design reviews, architectural modeling, and solution validation
- Develop and manage the Architecture Framework
- Coordinate with system engineers, developers, and cybersecurity leads
- Provide expert guidance on cloud migration, system interoperability, and data standardization
- Oversee configuration management and change control processes
- Lead cross-functional design sessions with stakeholders
- Support testing, deployment, and sustainment activities
- Establish and monitor key technical performance indicators
- Develop and maintain system diagrams, architecture artifacts, and integration documentation
- Provide input into risk management processes
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture design, system engineering, or solution architecture for large-scale federal or defense programs
